Develop and implement brand management, establish and communicate initiatives at national and regional levels to establish Birla Estates brand name in the market and support sales team achieve targets. The real estate industry requires that a strong brand imagery be created in the customer mind. There is a also a need to build project as well as corporate brand and also a differentiated customer experience. The customer is buying a product without actually seeing it.

  • Competitors Analysis & Market Research/ Strategy
  • Lead the creation of marketing plan and design campaigns & initiatives to build the corporate brand as per the agreed positioning
  • Creating a consistency in brand narrative across projects and micro markets and yet be able to differentiate is a challenge
  • Collaborate with the regional & corporate teams to explore & finalise project positioning that creates the desired brand image and customer pull
  • Successfully launch and sustain marketing of the project and build the project brand in the micro market to generate the target number & quality of leads
  • Collaborate with the sales & design team to improve the customer experience with each subsequent project in a continuous manner
  • Create & monitor budgets to plan for expenses and ensure planned outcomes are achieved for campaigns
  • Use research to propose changes for improving product & communication for further projects / phases
